Job Summary:

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of design engineers performing a variety of design tasks. You will oversee project management, design, and execution of industrial material handling projects. You will contribute to design fulfillment and coordinate directly with customers, vendors, consultants, and the engineering team to oversee design work for projects throughout the country, as well as internationally. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in engineering processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee the design and engineering of bulk material handling systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and sales, to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to support project success.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture within the engineering team.

Requirements:

Licensed Professional Engineer
Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an ABET accredited university
