Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Project Management to lead
and oversee a diverse portfolio of critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects,
including new product development and CAPEX initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while
ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and
implement solutions to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a
related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience with a
proven track record in diverse projects
Experience with product development processes and CAPEX project
management is essential
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence
cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools
