Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Advising to
support the Director Operations in managing daily operations of the
Student Advising teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Academic and Finance Advisors to enhance student
success and retention
Develop and implement training programs and individualized
development plans for team members
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in student services, advising,
or related fields
Minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred
Experience in higher education and technology-driven environments
preferred
Knowledge of financial aid processes and higher education
policies
