Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Delivery
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain tracking of roadmap commitments and align
expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders
Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint
planning and retrospectives
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to
enhance team efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science,
Engineering, etc.)
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development
environment
Experience managing cross-functional relationships within a large
organization
Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA
processes
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile/Scrum certification
is a plus
