Coordinate support operations initiatives and ensure successful
implementation of business objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in support operations within a SaaS
environment
5+ years of leadership experience managing customer support
teams
Proven success in managing complex projects and change
management
Strong understanding of customer support processes in a global,
multi-channel environment
Experience with AI-driven automation tools and support technology
administration
