Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Access and Identity to
oversee application access provisioning activities across its
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee role-based access provisioning tool and ensure its
alignment with business needs
Design and manage standardized access roles, ensuring compliance
with SOX guidelines
Supervise the team responsible for maintaining and reviewing access
provisioning accuracy and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
5+ years of experience in Helpdesk, IT, Access & Provisioning, or
related roles
1-2 years of progressive leadership experience
Experience with IAM or role access management tools, such as
SailPoint or Okta
Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access
Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional
(CIMP)
