technology, and community.In the Specialist-Business Connectivity
Sales role, you will accelerate customer growth by concentrating on
acquiring new business customers and cross-selling to eligible
customers with Fiber and 5G connections. The position is
performance-based, focusing on acquiring new customer sales and
expanding market share.What you'll do:
- Sell a simplified AT&T product set, such as, Business
Fiber, Business Wireless (Voice), Fixed Wireless, & Value-Added
Services.
- Achieve sales objectives by structuring and securing new
high-speed data service agreements with customers in designated low
fiber penetrated buildings.
- Be knowledgeable about the AT&T product set and emphasize
the features of products to highlight how they solve customer
problems (paid training will be provided).
- Will customarily and regularly conduct primary sales duties
away from the employer's business premises.
- Duties directly related to making sales includes:
- Prospecting via cold calls and door knocking.
- Traveling to and from the customer's premise. -
- Meeting with customers in person to engage in sales activities
at their locations.
- Communicating with customers through phone calls, conference
calls, emails, and other channels regarding proposed solutions and
sales.What you need:
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales
targets.
- Strong networking and negotiation skillsWhat you'll bring:
- Some prior sales experience - preferably in an environment with
set targets
- Outside telecommunications sales experience is a plus
- Efficient in sales funnel management is a plusDriving

compensation based on meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Our most
successful Sales Executives can overachieve up to 500%. And with

running.Our Specialist-Business Connectivity managers earn a base
salary between $29,300 - $43,900 + commission with a total target
compensation of $69,300 - $83,900. Not to mention all the other

starting salary within this range may depend on geography,
