Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to
provide and maintain a positive customer experience through timely
responses and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage customer calls promptly and professionally, while
processing orders and inquiries
Coordinate on-time pickups and deliveries, ensuring excellent
relationships with drivers and carriers
Create and distribute reports for assigned customers and assist
with account setup and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; some college hours desired
Minimum 2-3 years of customer experience and/or dispatch
experience
Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
Knowledge of North American markets and terrain
