Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Training & Development
Specialist, II.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates and delivers technical and non-technical training to
employees across multiple time zones
Coaches employees on effective engagement with team members,
customers, and management
Provides feedback to trainers and assists in one-on-one coaching to
improve employee performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Human Resources,
Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience
Three to five years of experience in a similar training and
development position preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strategic thinker capable of aligning programs with organizational
goals
