  Summary
  Under general administrative direction, coordinates with the surgery team to provide surgical equipment room set-up according to -physician preferences for all surgical procedures performed in the Operating Room. Assists with all surgery related equipment, -coordinating logistics, maintaining cleanliness, organization and asset inventory. Participates in education and training of surgical -equipment functioning with the surgery team. Functions as an advocate to improve efficiency for the surgeon and the surgery team, -measurable by physician satisfaction and increased surgical capacity and caseload. Supports and helps achieve departmental goals. -Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
