*Your Role*

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Spark, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one speech therapy and collaborate with our team of BCBAs and behavior therapists. Your role will include:
* Delivering customized speech therapy services
* Engaging in co-treatment opportunities with our interdisciplinary team
* Writing and implementing effective treatment plans
* Tracking progress through data-driven methods

*What We're Looking For*
* *Experience:* 1-2 years working as an SLP with pediatric clients; supervision experience is a plus
* *Licensure/Certification: *Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
* *Education: *Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* *Skills: *Proficiency in assessments, diagnosing speech delays/disorders, and tracking progress
* *Attributes: *Outgoing, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
* *Bonus: *Feeding therapy experience, though not required
