Job Description:

1. - - -be present on site during all hours you have subcontractor, vendors, and any other workforce present working on projects.2. - - -Understand the entire scope of the project any and all questions you may have need to be addressed to the proper person whom is working with you, i.e. project manager, estimator, owner(s).3. - - -Follow our No alcohol or No drugs rules at all times during work hours, random drug screening may be done at the discretion of SA Construct LLC. -At anytime an injury is reported on your jobs a mandatory drug screening will be done.4. - - -Wear proper safety gear at all times, no shorts or tennis shoes are allowed on site by superintendents. -Proper eye and ear protection is required while operating machinery or equipment generating sound equal to or greater than 70 decibels.5. - - -Complete daily logs and required updates in Buildertrend on a owner provided IPad.6. - - -Update job schedules weekly -and keep all subs informed of schedules and scheduling changes that may effect their timing on the job7. - - -Conduct bi-weekly safety meetings and log into file those who attended and what the meeting was over.8. - - -Verify all dimensions of structures, drive lanes, parking lots, etc---. -all items have to be verified at all steps of the project.9. - - -Keep site clean at all times------. If your subs are not cleaning you will clean.10. -All clients belong to SA Construct LLC and all clients have unique expectations. You need to understand what they are paying us to do and respect their needs but verify all requests from them with your direct supervisor.11. -Notify PM or direct supervisor of any change requests on site or changes by clients. -NOWORK WILL BE DONE ON CHANGES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL12. -Any and all information, equipment, materials needed for your projects will be supplied by SA Construct LLC, you must communicate with you supervisor/PM of items you need in a timely manner to ensure you stay with your schedule.13. -No "moonlighting" -while you are employed with SA Construct LLC you are not authorized to work for or under any other company names or for the purpose of income/earnings. -Any and all jobs that may be presented to you as a representative of SA Construct LLC will be ran through this company. -
