Job Description:

We are hiring PCI Field Technician Certified Quality Control Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in concrete quality control who is committed to maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Testing:

Conduct inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished precast concrete products.
Perform and document concrete tests (slump, compression, air content, etc.).
Evaluate concrete mixtures and components to ensure compliance with required specifications.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Implement and monitor quality control plans and procedures.
Ensure adherence to ASTM, ACI, and local building codes.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance reports.
Prepare and present quality reports with key metrics and improvement areas.
Assist in internal and external audits related to quality management systems.

Training & Development:

Train production staff on quality control procedures, testing methods, and industry standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete quality control (precast preferred).
High School Diploma or GED required; higher education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
Active PCI Certification (Levels I, II, or III) and/or relevant ACI Certifications (Concrete Strength, Lab Tech Level I, Aggregate Testing Level I).
Strong understanding of SCC, mix design, and conventional concrete chemistry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
