Key Responsibilities:

Work flexible shifts based on production needs.
Plan, schedule, and oversee manufacturing operations.
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members.
Coordinate activities across supporting departments.
Address safety and quality concerns proactively.
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to cross-train and continuously improve.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Adherence to company attendance policies.
