Job Description:--We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Sales Showing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help clients find their dream homes.



As a Showing Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through property tours and assisting them in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
--- Provide detailed information about each property and answer client inquiries.
--- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
--- Assist in preparing and submitting offers on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:
--- Active real estate license in Texas.

--- Reliable transportation, willing and able to spend time driving.
