FloSports is a fast-growing and unique sports media business quickly becoming the essential destination for millions of fans and athletes over 25 underserved sports including (Wrestling, Track & Field, Cheer, Hockey, Grappling, etc). Product & Engineering are at the center of the next wave of growth for FloSports, and we have some meaty problems to solve. THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for FloSports' Live Streaming Platform, which delivers over 30,000 live sporting events annually. You will oversee the entire live streaming product ecosystem, from first-mile video capture to cloud-based transcoding, on-screen graphics, ad insertion, and distribution. You'll work closely with a talented team of engineers, Video Solutions Architects, AI/ML engineers, and QA professionals. As the owner of the entire broadcast chain, you will oversee one of the most strategic aspects of FloSports business, with the potential to drive excellence and innovation to differentiate the company's core streaming offering. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be in Austin, on-site 4 days a week.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for FloSports' live streaming platform, covering VOD, live events, and end-to-end video workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Streaming Ops to ensure alignment on product goals and seamless execution.
• Lead the charge in creating next-gen customer experiences, working closely with client app teams to bring high-impact streaming innovations to life.
• Own the product vision for video quality, reliability, and user experience, ensuring real-time monitoring and issue resolution are prioritized.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in live streaming technology, driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Establish clear KPIs for video performance and quality, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Ensure robust automation and quality control measures are integrated into the live streaming product pipeline.
• Lead the development of ad services (SSAI, CSAI), live graphics, and supplemental on-air information to elevate the streaming experience.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally, with some focus on live streaming or media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end video workflows, including encoding, transcoding, and video distribution, or lots of horsepower and motivation to learn quickly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and operations teams.
  • Strong grasp of streaming protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH) and cloud-based streaming infrastructure, ideally with AWS.
  • Analytical product mindset and abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
