  Meditech or HCA experience
  Bed side case management experience at least 1 year
  Post acute care knowledge
  Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  Meditech/Midas or HCA experience
  Throughput experience
  List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
  Discharge planning and progression
  Hard conversations with family, patients and open discussion with MD for plans of care
